​Window Cleaning Terms

​

• We do not accept customers that skip scheduled cleans on arrival, this will incur the cost of the service. 

• We understand people may skip window cleans due to building work or holidays but we require a 7 day notice period, we will charge you 50% of the clean if you havent notified us.

• An additional cost maybe added to your clean if you have to skipped this is due to additional time and products required. 

• We work 7 days a week in all weathers including rain. 

• We schedule your cleans in advance so we require notice if we cant access your property - 50% attendance cost will still be invoiced if we attend and cant clean.

• We give a 24hr guarantee on your Windows, (not on Velux), if you are unhappy please let me know via text or email, we can not waiver the cost of your clean after this period of time, claiming we have not attended will not be accepted.

• We do not guarantee velux windows due to being unable to get a full pressure contact on the glass in order to clean. We do not climb on roofs to clean velux windows due toto the risk of injury.

• We are not liable for leaking or open windows or doors.

• We are not liable for breakages of single pane glass or leaded windows

• We are not liable for paint flaking on windows or doors we recommend that these are repaired.

• We are not liable for wear and tear on wood frames or doors 

• We are not liable for flaking paint on sprayed UPVC or wood windows or doors

• We arent liable for vents broken on windows over 5 years. These items become brittle and are susceptible to breaking.

• We will do our best to secure gates but we aren't liable if they aren't secure.

• If you wish for certain items not to be cleaned please notify us and we will update your customer notes section.

• We may skip cleans due to difficult access or parking restrictions. If there is a better day to clean your property due to this please advise us.

• We may skip doors in freezing conditions.

• We aren't liable for freezing water on floors or surfaces around your property

• We may alter your period of cleaning due to allocation of work in areas or annual holidays.

Gutter cleaning Terms

• We give a 2 week guarantee on gutters

• If a gutter joint has popped out we will come and rejoin

• We are not liable for leaks on gutter joints due to poor maintenance.

• Vacuuming gutters can pull out moss from seals that may cause them to leak if seals and gutters are warped or damaged we not liable for the repair
