General Conditions and Payments

Acceptance of Conditions: The customer accepts these conditions upon receiving their first payment

Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge a late payment fee or interest. Late payment fee will be charged at 50p per week.

Communication: We encourage you to contact us immediately if you anticipate any delay in payment so we can waiver the late fee

Cancellation/Skipping Cleans:

Customers who skip scheduled cleans upon the service provider's arrival will be charged the full cost of the service

For planned skips (holidays, building work, etc.), a 7-day notice is required. Failure to provide 7 days' notice results in a 50% charge of the clean

Skipped cleans may incur an additional cost due to extra time/products needed for the subsequent clean

Access:

The service provider schedules cleans in advance and requires notice if access to the property is unavailable
-
If the provider attends the property but cannot clean due to access issues, a 50% attendance cost will be invoiced
-
The provider does their best to secure gates but is not liable if they are not secure
-

Scheduling and Weather:

The service operates 7 days a week in all weather conditions (including rain, light snow, and freezing conditions)
-
Cleaning periods may be altered due to work allocation or annual holidays
-
Cleans may be skipped due to difficult access, parking restrictions, or freezing conditions (specifically doors)
-
The provider is not liable for freezing water on floors or surfaces around the property

Service Guarantees and Limitations of Liability

Window Cleaning Guarantee: A 24-hour guarantee is provided on windows (excluding Velux). Any dissatisfaction must be reported via text or email within this period. The cost cannot be waived after 24 hours, and claims of non-attendance will not be accepted

Velux Windows: Velux windows are not guaranteed due to an inability to achieve full pressure contact and the safety risk of climbing on roofs

Liability Limitations: The service provider is not liable for:

Leaking or open windows/doors

Breakages of single pane glass or leaded windows
-
Paint flaking on windows or doors (repairs are recommended)
-
Wear and tear on wood frames or doors
-
Flaking paint on sprayed UPVC or wood windows/doors
-
Broken window vents over 5 years old, as they become brittle
-

Specific Instructions: Customers should notify the provider if certain items should not be cleaned, so customer notes can be updated [1].
Gutter Cleaning Terms

Gutter Guarantee: A 2-week guarantee is provided on gutters

Repairs:​

The provider is not liable for leaks on gutter joints due to poor maintenance
-
Vacuuming gutters might pull moss from seals causing leaks if the seals/gutters are warped or damaged; the provider is not liable for these repairs
-

If a gutter joint has popped out, the provider will return to rejoin it

Debt Recovery terms

We reserve the right to share your information (including name, address, contact details, and debt amount) with a third-party debt recovery service or credit reference agency if your invoice remains outstanding for 90 days beyond the original due date. This processing is necessary for our legitimate interests in recovering money owed for services provided
